I've made this dip a few times and it has always been a hit!
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green onion
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- Cook spinach in well salted water until tender, drain thoroughly and mash.
- Mix and add other ingredients and let set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
