ingredients
- 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, strips should be cut into small pieces
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 cups potato chips, Crushed
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Combine first 5 ingrediants into a bowl and mix well.
- Pour contents into a 9x9 Pyrex Dish.
- Mix crushed potato chips and Pamasian Cheese well. Pour on top of chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes!
