A easy and quick way to use up that leftover Easter ham
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup ground ham
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 cups white sauce
- 2 cups Bisquick, made into dough
- Roll out on floured board.
- Spread w/ mustard and cover w/ ham.
- Roll up from long side jelly roll style.
- Cut in slices and place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 450 F 12-15 minutes.
- Heat cooked green beans in white sauce and pour over rolls.
