Easy Greek Pita

- 15 ounces philly beef steaks
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese, crumbles
- 2 tablespoons dill fresh or 2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1⁄2 tomatoes, chopped
- 24 kalamata olives, seedless and sliced
- 3 -4 pita bread, sliced and toasted
directions
- Cook Philly Beef to package directions, set aside.
- In bowl combine yogurt, cucumbers, feta, dill, garlic and salt.
- Spread, mixture on the inside of pitas. (like mayo).
- Add a helping of beef, then shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
- Top with more cucumber feta sauce and olives.
- Enjoy!
