- 6 eggs
- 473.18 ml cottage cheese
- 113.39 g grated cheddar cheese
- 88.74 ml flour
- 113.39 g butter, melted
- 283.49 g frozen spinach
- dried chili pepper flakes
- red pepper, on top
directions
- Cook, drain and cool spinach.
- Beat eggs and add cottage cheese and grated cheese, flour and butter.
- Stir in spinach and pepper flakes. Top with red pepper rings.
- Bake in 9x13 casserole 325 deg. For 1 hour.
