Easy Dijon Tarragon Sauce

"This is a pretty simple recipe with few ingredients but has great flavour. I whipped it up one night when I felt we needed some sort of sauce but did not want to search for a recipe"

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 370 ml evaporated milk (1 can)
• 1 - 1 1⁄2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
• salt & pepper

directions

1. Add all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat through while stirring for about 10 minute until it thickens.
