This is a pretty simple recipe with few ingredients but has great flavour. I whipped it up one night when I felt we needed some sort of sauce but did not want to search for a recipe
- 370 ml evaporated milk (1 can)
- 1 -1 1⁄2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- salt & pepper
- Add all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat through while stirring for about 10 minute until it thickens.
