Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 10 ounces frozen asian-style vegetables (1 bag) or 10 ounces fresh vegetables
  • 341 ml VH Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce


  1. Heat oil in non-stick skillet or wok.
  2. Stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Add Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce, mix well and cook until vegetables are heated.
