• 453.59 g package frozen hash brown potatoes, cubes
• 473.18 ml shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 118.29 ml shredded parmesan cheese
• 236.59 ml sour cream
• 311.84 g can cream of potato soup
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 polska kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch coins
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Mix all together and bake in a 350 degree oven for for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned.
