- 5 ounces rice flour
- 2 teaspoons gluten free baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- water

- Faye: 2020 - I tried to delete this recipe but couldn't. Needs xanthin gum I think.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and enough water to form a soft dough. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into boiling soup, stew or stock. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover the pan and cook a further 5 minutes. Serve hot.
