I make salad dressings since commercial ones contain way too much sodium. This is a recipe from www.lowsodiumcooking.com, but I substituted roasted garlic for raw.


  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Shake or stir before serving.

I did this without roasting the garlic. I love the stronger pungent taste of raw garlic. I still found this a little bland. A bit of hot sauce did help though.
