Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter (room temp)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh horseradish (peeled, grated)
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 16 slices cocktail bread (toasted)
  • 1 bunch radish (trimmed, sliced thin)
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Whisk together the butter, horseradish and lemon juice until fluffy.
  2. Spread evenly on bread.
  3. Top with radishes.
  4. Press two together to form 8 sandwiches.
  5. Slice diagonally, then againdiagonally to form 32 pieces.
  6. Cover. Chill 1 hour.
