- 354.88 ml granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 59.14 ml heavy cream
- 29.58 ml Bourbon (or whiskey)
- 2.46 ml vanilla
- 14.79 ml unsalted butter, melted
- 7.39 ml cornmeal
- 7.39 ml all-purpose flour
- 1.23-2.46 ml cinnamon (optional)
- 59.14 ml white chocolate chips
- 59.14 ml milk chocolate chips
- 59.14 ml pecans (optional) or 59.14 ml walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Whisk first 9 ingredients (except pie shell, chips and nuts) together.
- Sprinkle chocolates and nuts into pie shell.
- Pour in egg and sugar mixture.
- Bake 35 minutes or until top is crusty.
