  • Place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  • Place the pork ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown. Serve.
