Really liked this. Have made it twice so far. First time without the meat, and had to subsitute the cayenne with chili powder and halved the quantity as was feeding a toddler, made it less spicy. Very easy to make and fed myself, hubby and toddler. Toddler is a rice addict so perfect! Have also changed veg depending on what Ihad to hand that might work! :)
