Easy last minute dipping sauce. I use it often when unexpected guests drop by. Or even when they don't.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 fluid ounces dark low sodium soy sauce
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, a drizzle
  • spring rolls or egg rolls (homemade or storebought and heated according to package instructions)


  1. Mix it all up.
  2. Serve with prepared spring rolls or egg rolls.
