Easy last minute dipping sauce. I use it often when unexpected guests drop by. Or even when they don't.
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 fluid ounces dark low sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, a drizzle
- spring rolls or egg rolls (homemade or storebought and heated according to package instructions)
- Mix it all up.
- Serve with prepared spring rolls or egg rolls.
