Dip for Sweet Potato Fries

"This recipe is made at a church camp I attended for a scrap weekend. The cook graciously gave me her recipe. It is the best dip ever for sweet potato fries (or yam fries), hey, I think it would be great on a burger also! It is so easy, and fast with only a few ingredients."

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon paprika

directions

1. Measure and mix all ingredients. Enjoy! (The same as many foods, the more time this has to sit the better it takes. So, if time allows make a day or a couple hours ahead of time).

I swapped out the paprika for some ground chipotle. It was delicious, smoky and perfect with the sweet potato fries.

You should bottle this and sell it! I could eat it and sweet potato fries everyday! I have been looking for the perfect dip for sweet potato fries and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you so much for sharing! It is so fast to make and I have also made it in smaller portions and it still tastes great!

WOW !! Great dip. I did take a previous reviewers advice and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Excellent flavor in this. I did use fat-free sour cream. Made for Best of 2011 Cookbook Tag.
