  1. Cut cucumber into 1-inch chunks, leaving skin on.
  2. Trim tops of dill from stems and discard the stems.
  3. Place garlic into the bowl of a food processor, add the cucumbers and dill tops, and process until finely chopped.
  4. Add salt and yogurt, and process for 30 seconds.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
