Super yummy summer salad, that's a bona fide Toronto classic. Perfect for a summer BBQ in the back yard.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cut the watermelon and cucumber into bite sized cubes.
  2. Slice the strawberries.
  3. Chop the mint and basil.
  4. Cut the feta with a sharp knife, into 1/2" cubes.
  5. Toss watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, feta, mint and basil together in a bowl.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over everything.
  7. Optional - toast some walnuts, and toss in just before serving.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves.
