- 473.18 ml dandelion greens, cleaned and dried (or arugula)
- 9.85 ml red onions, slivered
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 2 vine ripened tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 29.58-44.37 ml extra virgin olive oil or 29.58-44.37 ml organic flax seed oil
- 14.78-19.71 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1.23 ml dried dill
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
directions
- Tear dandelion greens into bite sized pieces, discarding the tough parts and stems. Place greens in a salad bowl.
- Add onion, avocado tomato and cucumber.
- Add oil, lemon juice and seasoning.
- Toss.
