- 907.18 g lean ground beef
- 453.59 g italian ground pork sausage
- 473.18 ml dry breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 118.29 ml barbecue sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 37.78 g onion soup mix
- 4.92 ml jalapeno pepper, diced
- salt and pepper
- 12-15 hamburger buns, split
directions
- Mix all ingredients except salt, pepper and buns in a very large bowl. Form into 12 to 15 patties; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place on a charcoal grill or in a skillet over medium heat. Cook burgers to desired doneness.
- Serve on buns, garnished as desired.
