Dad's Buckwheat and Oatflour Pancakes

This originally came off of the back of a buckwheat flour package many years ago, but we've tweaked it a little. It makes flavorful, flat pancakes like crepes. Optionally, these can be topped with a couple tablespoons of chunky cinnamon applesauce or sour cream. Enjoy.

  1. Grind oatmeal into a flour in food processor.
  2. Mix ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend well.
  3. Pour onto griddle and cook well on both sides.
  4. Eat.
  5. Enjoy.
