ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄4 cup light soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano

1. Combine all ingredients.

When I got married in 1994, we got a fajita cooking set and jars of the marinade. When it was no longer available, I found and tried this. It's so good, I've given it as gifts, to those who don't make their own things like this. And every time I make it, my family loves it, and any parties it's a hit. I use it or chicken , but also great for beef. Marinate all day, or even better, overnight.
