- 340.19 g cooked canned chicken (drained)
- 2 stalk celery (minced)
- 4 green onions (minced)
- 118.29 ml raisins (sometimes I add more)
- 118.29 ml slivered almonds
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 14.78 ml curry powder (more if you'd like)
- 16 miniature croissants
directions
- Mince celery and green onions in food processor.
- Add chicken, mayo and curry powder. Process on pulse until mixed.
- Stir in almonds and raisins.
- Serve on mini croissants.

I grew up in the Midwest and from a Swedish family, so I love food.
My grandmother doesn't normally measure when she cooks and I kind of picked that up from her. Most of my dishes can't be repeated due to this.
