- 907.18 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 315.37 ml water
- 236.59 ml coconut milk
- 177.44 ml whole milk
- 177.44 ml sour cream
- 354.88 ml frozen peas and carrots
- 177.44 ml vegetable oil
- 3 large onions, diced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 1.23 ml ginger powder
- 4.92 ml paprika
- 59.16 ml curry powder
- 2.46 ml brown sugar
- 4.92 ml cayenne pepper
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to your taste

- In a deep pot heat oil at medium-high heat add onions, cook until they appear translucent.
- Lower heat to medium-low, stir in all seasonings.
- The oil, onions and seasonings should come together like a paste.
- Add in water, coconut milk, milk, and sour cream. stir until blended well.
- Add chicken, potatoes, peas and carrots. cover and let simmer at medium heat for 40 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
