- 2 potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Heat the oil and curry powder in a frypan over high heat.
- Add the potatoes and toss until well-coated.
- Cook 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with green onions and serve with yogurt.
