Make and share this Crusty Acorn Squash recipe from Food.com.
- 2 cups acorn squash, baked pulp
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄8 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- Mix all ingredients, except 1 Tablespoon Butter an half of the nuts.
- Place into buttered pie pan.
- Brush with butter.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake 425 degrees until top is crusty and squash is well heated through.
