  1. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. In separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, orange juice, oil and eggs; pour over flour mixture. Sprinkle with cranberries.
  3. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups. Fill 3/4 full.
  5. Topping: Combine sugar with orange peel; sprinkle 1 tsp over batter in each cup.
  6. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min or until tops are firm to the touch.
