Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Use a vegetable peeler to cut parsnips into long strips.
  3. Place on lined baking tray.
  4. Toss with butter, sugar and salt.
  5. Roast for 10 minutes and toss.
  6. Roast for another 8 - 10 minutes or till golden and crispy.

Yummy!!!! I loved these addictive munchy treat! I did cut back on the butter and sugar. Roasted at 400 degrees. Made for ZWT6 Thanks.
