My mom's recipe we cherished yesteryear and today.. a bit different, but super easy!
- 453.59 g ground beef
- 118.29 ml onion, diced
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 118.29 ml ketchup
- 118.29 ml sour cream (reduced or fat free fine)
- Brown hamburger with onion, until well cooked. DRAIN WELL.
- Add in dry mustard, ketchup and sour cream and mix well. It should be a light orange color and taste equally between sour cream and ketchup - slightly tangy. If desired, you may add in more ketchup, sour cream or both.
- Serve hot on rolls or over rice.
I finally had a chance to try this. I did not add the diced onion, but I added some onion powder to the 2nd step. Some of the family added a bit of hot sauce to it. We served this on steamed buns. Very good!! Thanks for sharing!
