This is a fail-proof meal that is great to prepare and freeze for another day
- 4 pork chops (you can use boneless)
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 10 1⁄2 ounces cream of chicken soup (low Sodium)
- 1 ounce pork gravy mix
- Trim excess fat off pork chops and place in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
- To make ahead and freeze- mix all ingredients in a freezer bag. Can be put in the crockpot frozen.
