- Put all the ingredients in a crock pot.
- Set the crock pot on 10 hours.
- Come back from work and set on warm and enjoy!
This is a simple and easy dish to make. I used smoked hocks. In the future I'd add a little onion and carrot chopping both fine. Just for a little added flavor and color. I adopted this chef for the *Spring PAC 2008* game
