"Hawaiian chicken for the crock pot"

ingredients

• 6 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, halved
• 2 (16 ounce) cans pineapple slices, drained
• 2 (15 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
• 4 tablespoons cornstarch
• 4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Stir Well.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
3. Makes 16 servings.
