Hawaiian chicken for the crock pot
- 6 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, halved
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pineapple slices, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Stir Well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Makes 16 servings.
