• 1 (7 ounce) can chili beans
• 1 (7 ounce) can tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 small green pepper, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed

directions

1. Put all in the crock pot, cook 7-9 hours.

The only adaptation I would make is the addition of meat. I was married to a Cajun for 18 years and he wouldn't sit down if the meal didn't have meat! This would make a fair side dish. Easy to make but, since the crockpot is in use, how do you have the meat ready when you get home?
