Crock Pot Beef Roast

- 2 -3 lbs beef roast
- 10 1⁄2 ounces Campbell's French onion soup, condensed (1 can)
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- 1. Pierce the beef on all side with a fork. Do not remove fat.
- 2. Place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water.
- 3. Cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8). Turn every few hours.
- Note: Liquid should almost cover beef. If you have a larger crock pot you may want to add another can of soup and another 1/2 cup water.
