Crock Pot Beef Roast

  • 2 -3 lbs beef roast
  • 10 12 ounces Campbell's French onion soup, condensed (1 can)
  • 12 cup water

directions

  • 1. Pierce the beef on all side with a fork. Do not remove fat.
  • 2. Place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water.
  • 3. Cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8). Turn every few hours.
  • Note: Liquid should almost cover beef. If you have a larger crock pot you may want to add another can of soup and another 1/2 cup water.
