Thank you for posting this recipe! I found it years ago on another site and used it for gift food for funerals (as a crock pot care package)---then couldn't find it for quite some time---and of course had never printed it! So happy to have it again!
- 14 1⁄2 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
- 10 ounces whole mushrooms, divided
- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 6 1⁄2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
- 3⁄4 cup white wine
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 16 ounces cooked noodles
- paprika (to garnish) (optional)
