- 8-12 piece chicken, as req
- 1 egg, beaten
- 118.29 ml breadcrumbs
- 118.29 ml matzo meal
- 9.85 ml paprika
- 4.92 ml white pepper
directions
- Put beaten egg in one plate, and mixture of the dry ingredients in another.
- Roll chicken first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook covered for an hour, uncovered for half an hour at about 180C.
