  • Put beaten egg in one plate, and mixture of the dry ingredients in another.
  • Roll chicken first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Cook covered for an hour, uncovered for half an hour at about 180C.

  1. Simple and delicious. The white pepper gives it a more subtle bang than black pepper. My only change: I needed to use two eggs for 12 pieces of chicken, I guess I have smaller eggs.
     
  2. Very easy and soo good. The only change I made was I only used 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper.
     
  3. Incredibly good taste!! I used one egg for 7 pieces of chicken (3 breasts and 4 thighs) and I was mopping the dregs with the last piece but it worked and was delicious!! Thank you alizaweeza for submitting this for ZWT2005!
