  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
  2. Beat in the chocolate, milk and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in marshmallows; mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until easy to handle.
  5. Roll into 1-1/2 inch balls, then roll in coconut.
  6. Store in the refrigerator.

I made this for a church lunch except I used milk chocolate chips and just pressed the mixture into an 8x8 pan. It was all gone in a matter of minutes. Now I have to submit the recipe to the monthly newsletter. Definitely a keeper!!

I have made this recipe numerous times and it has become a family favourite on special occasions. It is a surprise when you bite into a ball to see the coloured marshmallows and the combination of the chocolate and cream cheese is devine. Thank you so much!
