Creamy Sausage Dip

ingredients

• 453.59 g sausage
• 5 green onions, chopped and divided
• 236.59 ml sour cream
• 118.29 ml mayonnaise
• 59.14 ml parmesan cheese, grated
• 56.69 g pimientos, drained and chopped

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage until no longer pink.
3. Remove from heat, drain off drippings and add all remaining ingredients except one green onion. Pour into one quart baking dish.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
5. Garnish with remaining chopped green onion.
6. Keep warm, and serve with sesame or wheat crackers.
