I made this for my friend's elderly mother. She has difficulty swallowing and a delicate stomach.I thought this would be comforting food for her and the egg a nice way to get some protein.Of course I did not add the garlic or pepper flakes.I found it extremely easy to make and yet had a wonderful rich flavor.I am wondering if any one has reheated this in the microwave & if it came out allright?

This was not my favourite, I thought it sounded wonderful, and I followed the recipe but for me, it just had no flavour, I ended up adding alot more salt and then it was ok.
