- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 -3 drops peppermint extract
- food coloring
- 2 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
- Place all ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Roll small ball in granulated sugar and press in mold.
