Creamy baked chicken breasts

This is so yummy! I made this a lot when dating my hubby! Nice served with a broccoli rice and baby carrots, and the rest of that bottle of wine!!!!!!!!

Directions

  1. Arrange chicken in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch pan top with cheese slices.
  2. Combine soup& wine stirring well.
  3. Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle prepared stuffing mix over top.
  4. Drizzle butter over crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
  6. May be made ahead and stored in fridge.

I've been making a recipe like this for years, and it's a winner. Easy, but so tasty. Mine calls for vermouth instead of the white wine, aged cheddar instead of swiss, and Pepperidge Farms corn bread stuffing instead of herb stuffing. Try it!
