Creamy Apple Noodle Kugel

"Since it uses applesauce as well as fresh apples it is very moist, easy and quick preparation, and great apple taste. When I am in a really big hurry, I just double the applesauce and don't bother with the fresh apples."

  1. I made this for breakfast and it was soooo delicious. Moist and creamy with a nice apple-cinnamon flavor. Very easy, too. The kids loved having noodles for breakfast. Thanks Caryn.

  2. My daughter and I liked it. My two sons didn't, and my husband is avoiding carbs. I used 1/2 and 1/2 and followed exactly. I will keep and make again and just MAKE those guys eat it! I served as a main dish with biscuits for a light Sunday night dinner.
