This is another recipe clipping that Mom collected. I am sure there is one here on Zaar, but I just want to put it here for safe keeping. These are all cut out of magazines and I have no idea which magazine or paper they came from. Some are even newspaper clippings.

Perfect. I like that it didn't require milk and only needed 1/2 stick of butter. We're having a last minute guest for dinner and I needed to make my fat free pumkin bars fancy...this did it. Thanks for posting.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla and blend well.
  3. Fold in nuts.
  4. Spread on cooled cake.
  5. Should be enough to spread between layers if a 2 layer cake is made.
