I make this from the fish my husband catches. We always have lots of fish, so I try to be creative with it.
- 2 cups cooked crappie fillets (baked or boiled)
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup sweet gherkin, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup French dressing
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Combine ingredients; chill 1 hour and serve.
