Cranberry Salad

"This is my family's favorite Cranberry Salad Recipe! My Mom makes & serves it every Thanksgiving and Christmas! She said it freezes very well! She normally doubles the recipe. If you choose to double the recipe, only use the skin of one of the oranges or it will be too bitter."
