Cranberry Salad

"A simple great homemade salad to go with your turkey, ham or favorite holiday dish. I buy cranberries when they are in season and and freeze them so I can make it year round."

  • grind cranberries
  • dice apples.
  • drain pineapple, I usually use the juice as part of the water.
  • boil water.
  • mix water, jello, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  • add cranberries, apples, and pineapple and stir.
  • pour into serving bowl or container you wish to store inches.
  • put in fridge until set.

I was injured at work over a year ago, and can no longer work, atleast for the time being. My passions are baking, knitting, crocheting, jewlery making, anything creative. I don't mind cooking, but I would prefer to bake.
