  1. In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, pepper, and seasoning with a fork until blended.
  2. Divide into 2 balls.
  3. In a small bowl, put 1 tbsp flax seed, put in one ball, turning to coat all sides with seeds.
  4. Repeat with other ball.
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap, refrigerate two hours.
  6. serve with crackers or vegetables.

I made this to take to a friend's party. I couldn't stay long so I only heard one other person say it was good, but I enjoyed it. i served it with wheat thin crackers.
