- 3 (178.60 g) package frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
- 118.29 ml shredded swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 78.78 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml half-and-half cream
- 1 green onion, finely choppe
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml ground mustard
- 0.61 ml pepper
- 170.09 g can crabmeat, drained and flaked
directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees.
- Place tarts on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle swiss cheese into each shell. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon a teaspoonful of crab mixture into each tart shell.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until pastry is browned. Serve warm.
