Country Ribs With Sauerkraut

"Just put it in the oven or a crock pot and let the magic happen! I either serve these with mashed potatoes or you can throw some cubed potatoes and carrots in with it in the last 30 min. of cook time."

  • 4 country ribs
  • 2 lbs fresh sauerkraut, in the bag
  • salt and pepper

  • preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place country ribs into an oven proof casserole pan, cover and bake for 2-3 hours. This can also be put into a crock pot on low in the morning, by the time you are off work and ready for dinner they will be so tender they just fall apart.

  1. I followed the recipe other then I didn't use salt and I cooked this on the grill for two hours. It was really good. I served with a side of mashed potatoes.
