A tasty and easy filling for all your favorite crepes.
- 3 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- Blend together ingredients well.
- Use filling right away, do not freeze.
